Maimanah Real State was founded in 2009 on a simple observation: the most exceptional homes are bought and sold badly. Rushed listings, generic marketing, negotiations run on adrenaline. We built the opposite — a small firm of advisors who study each residence like a work of provenance and place it with the same care.
Today we act for families, foundations and institutions across four continents, with partner desks in New York, London, Dubai and Milan. Our volume is deliberately modest; our results are not. Nearly half of our placements begin and end off-market.

Discretion
Most of our work never appears on a portal. We move significant homes between serious parties without spectacle, and we treat every client's affairs as confidential by default.
Judgment
Anyone can list a house. We underwrite it — architecture, provenance, light, soil, easements, the quality of the street's silence at night. Our advice is occasionally to not buy.
Patience
The right placement can take a season or a year. We are structured to wait for the correct outcome rather than rush toward an adequate one.
